Following a comprehensive renovation in 2019, we reopened our doors to offer you state of the art facilities: brigth, functional and sustainable contribuiting to greater energy afficiency and responsable use of resources.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are designed to make you feel at home: they are brigth, functional, and welcoming. They have everything you need to organize your belongings and make this space your own.

  • Ample storage space: two wardrobes in each bedroom, one of them doublé: a desk with shelving; a third wardrobe with shelving; and a drawer unit under the bed base (furniture comes in two colors, depending on the área: white and walnut).
  • Full private bathroom: with sink, shower and toilet.
  • Geothermal underfloor heating and cooling: 100% clean and eco-friendly.
  • Thermal insulation.
  • Electronic key card for access.

Sports Areas

Alcor has a sports area that our residents are free to use.

  • Gym: Facilities equipped with the necessary equipment for your routines or daily routines. It has the following machines: two treadmills, an elliptical trainer, and uprigth bike, and a compact deltoid and fly bike.
  • Swimming pool: Open from mid-May to the end of September.
